This world… shit can’t be real. I’m convinced that I’m apart of some fucked up social experiment. In a world where we pay for education. We pay for water. We pay for religion. Does that not sound crazy to y’all? All this shit is a hustle. The government. The churches. Everything stems from money. That shit really is the root of all evil.
I could remember sitting in church as a kid wondering why the hell do they pass that bucket around every hour and ask for money. Then I realized the paster drove a Bentley.
fuck fear
Fuck fear. Be motivated to do everything that scares you to death. Fear isn’t real, fears are just fears. They are created by your imagination to make reality seem scarier than it is. You’re the one giving fear a leg to stand on. Run through every obstacle of fear. Follow what you fear, you might find exactly what you’re looking for.
family man
To this day I still think it’s cool as fuck to have a family. A man, his woman, and their kids. Having a place to go, a home. Having someone to love, your wife and kids. Having both is a blessing. It doesn’t matter how poor a man is, if he has family, he’s rich. Having that tribe to go home to every night is worth more than any amount of money. A lot of things may change us as people but we start and end with family.
good enough
A wise man makes his own decisions; an ignorant man follows public opinion. Never once have I asked anybody to believe in me, and I don’t need anybody’s approval. My own faith in myself is more than enough for me. If you’re going to doubt something, doubt your own limits. Coming from where I’ve came from, any uncertainty in my life is the only certainty there is. I would rather have a mind opened by dreams than one closed by opinions. And the only pressure I’m under is the pressure I’ve put on myself.
Monkey See, Monkey Do
Too many monkey see monkey do people. So because your favorite rapper wears those shoes you got to wear those shoes? Who gives a fuck about what everybody else is doing, wearing, playing, and whatever other bullshit we are supposed to be concerned about. So while you sit around and laugh at the old, how come you always gotta follow the new? Think about it.
Her Man
I want to be her man. I want to be the man she takes trips with, talks politics with, dance with, cry with, and talk shit with. I want to know they see you when they look at me. I want to be her provider and protector. The Queen protects the King, but I’ll care for this castle, turn that house into a home. I want to be her man. The man eyes she looks in and says you’re the best thing that ever happened to me. I don’t want to be a boy, I want to be her man.

I always feel some type of way when people say they feel me. Naw nigga. I identify with a man, who in times of crisis draws forth some extraordinary quality from within himself and triumphs but only after a struggle. Can you relate to that?
